The FIRST Impact Award is the most prestigious award at the FIRST Robotics Competition. Formerly known as the Chairman's Award, it recognizes a team that demonstrates sustained excellence and impact within the FIRST community, in its own community, and beyond. In 2013, Team 1538 was honored with the Chairman's Award at the FIRST Championship in St. Louis, Missouri, earning the team a permanent place in the FIRST Hall of Fame.

As a Hall of Fame member, Team 1538 is permitted to use the official FIRST Hall of Fame logo in team publications. The logo is a mark of distinction and must be treated with the same respect and consistency as all other elements of the team's visual identity.
